Chef Paul Schroeder has more than 20 years of experience cooking with fresh and seasonal ingredients. He fell in love with food while assisting his father in their family-run restaurants near San Luis Obispo, California.
Now, his Rustic Mediterranean cuisine exhibits an emphasis on local produce, rotisserie meats, and fresh seafood. Chef Paul’s specialties include baked goods, sausage, quiche, and soups.
